The sleek upper-floor living space features an open-plan living room, dining area and kitchen. White walls and polished concrete floors create a quiet backdrop for the large windows, which are filled with views of the green hills and golf course. A large sectional and plush rug create a cozy corner around the TV that’s completed by a freestanding fireplace by Dutch designer Harrie Leenders. In the dining area, graphic chevron-print chairs surround a dramatic split-wood table and large pendant light. The fully equipped kitchen takes on an ultra-contemporary look with glossy black and stainless steel surfaces.

Each of the four bedrooms at Villa Josefa has a king bed, en-suite bathroom and air conditioning and opens to a balcony. Three of the bedrooms have their own iPod docks, and one has its own satellite TV as well. Modern accents like Louis Ghost and Eames chairs give the bedrooms modern edge, while white walls, polished concrete floors and floor-to-ceiling drapes create a quiet, restful feel.
