Our services are provided to you provided you agree to the terms and conditions and notices set forth below (collectively, this “Agreement”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and declare that you have read and understood its terms. Please read the Agreement carefully, as it contains information about your legal rights and limitations on those rights, as well as a section on applicable law and jurisdiction in disputes. If you do not accept all of these terms and conditions, we reserve the right not to offer you any of our services. If you have an ongoing booking and wish to cancel this agreement, you may do so at any time by canceling your reservation and no longer using our services.

You understand and agree that continued access to or use of the Services after such modification will imply acceptance of the updated or amended agreement. We will record the date on which the last amendments were made to this agreement at the end of this agreement. All changes will take effect upon posting. We will notify registered users of our services (those registered owners, referred to as “Account Holders”) of material changes to these Terms and Conditions, either by sending a notification to the email address associated with the account holder’s profile, either by notifying our websites. USE OF OUR SERVICES

As a condition to use our Services, you warrant that:

If you own a property, you protect and monitor your account information and are fully responsible for the use of your account.
You are at least 18 years old in order to use the Services and register for a booking.
You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement and use the Services, including our websites, in accordance with all terms and conditions.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to deny access to the Services to anyone at any time for any reason, including violations of this Agreement. You may access the Services only in accordance with the functionality of the Services provided and in accordance with this Agreement. Copying, reproducing, publishing, transmitting or redistributing a content or the content or part thereof and / or the Services in general is strictly prohibited. To request approval, please contact our support team.

You have to make at least one direct booking request in order to access the features of our services. When you do this, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for the activities that take place when you make the reservation, including your interactions with our customer support, and you must protect your communications. By using the Services, you will never encounter links to third-party sites and applications, or you will not be able to interact with third-party sites and applications. You should conduct any research you deem necessary or appropriate before proceeding with any third party transaction! If you close your booking outside of our platform, we cannot provide you with travel insurance and we are not responsible for the outcome of your actions.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

transmit, monitor, reproduce, broadcast, distribute, display, sell, license, copy any content of the Services, including photos and user profiles, or manual processes for any purpose inconsistent with or Agreement, or without our express legal permission;
we take measures that, in our opinion, represent or may cause an unreasonable or disproportionately high burden on our infrastructure;
integrate any part of our services with other websites or services without our prior legal permission;

Any violation of the above terms may result in legal action and may suspend the use of our services in accordance with applicable international law.

TRAVEL DESTINATIONS

If you make international travel reservations with third party providers or plan international travel through our Services, you are responsible for ensuring that you meet all entry requirements abroad and that your travel documents, including passports and visas, are in good standing.

Information on the passport and visa requirements can be obtained from the relevant embassy or consulate. As the requirements are subject to change at any time, be sure to check the updated information before booking and departure. Our company assumes no liability for passengers who are denied entry to a flight or another country because the traveler does not carry travel documents required by an airline, government agency or country. Although most journeys, including to international destinations, are without incident.

COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARK NOTICES

Our company logo, name and any other services are registered trademarks and common trademarks of our company and may not be copied , imitated or used in whole or in part without prior notice, permission or the owner of the trademark in question.

Jurisdiction and Governing Law

The use of the services is prohibited in all countries where all the provisions of these terms and conditions do not enter into force, including but not limited to this paragraph. Nothing in this clause restricts our Company’s right to take action against you in other or more competent courts. The above does not apply to the extent that the law in force in your country of residence requires the application of any other law and jurisdiction – especially if you use the Services as a consumer – and this cannot and will not be contractually excluded, not be subject to the United Nations Conventions on the International Sale of Goods, unless otherwise provided. If you use our Services as a consumer rather than as a property administrator, you may have the right to file a lawsuit against our company in the courts of your country of residence. Otherwise, this clause shall apply to the maximum extent permitted in the country or place of residence.
