When you book a property through us, you choose to spend your holidays in the house of a private owner. All the properties we have for rent have been previously visited and verified by our agents. We check the accuracy of the services offered and facilities before offering rental properties on our platform. This way, when you make reservations with us, you can always be sure that the hosting services are of the highest quality.
Booking and payment conditions
A. The host have a maximum of 24 hours to accept your booking request. Your reservation will be automatically confirmed once your host approves the booking.
B. In order to block your holiday dates, you’ll need to deposit 50% of your total rental cost. Once you have completed your payment, we will confirm your booking and block the dates for your reservation!
C. The remaining 50% of the total rental cost will be paid at least 4 weeks before the check-in date. If, at the time of concluding the reservation contract, check-in date is less than 4 weeks away, you will have to deposit the total rental cost.
How do we manage payments?
Luxury Sun Villas has the legal right covered by the contractual authority to manage payments on behalf of the hosts. This is how Euro Villas processes payments:
Luxury Sun Villas processes and retains guest payments until after the check-out date.
Luxury Sun Villas releases the funds to the host only after the check-out date and not before.
This is the payment assurance for all our guests. This way, you can always be sure that the hosting services are of high quality before we release the payment to the property owner.
Property verification
Our main task is to meet the highest expectations of both our guests and our hosts. Our support team always tries to mediate and helps you immediately with all the details of your booking request.
Only after confirming the reservation, we have the right to share the contact details between the guest and the host. Guests can also set details for check-in, key exchange and direct check-out with the host.
The host must be available at least 72 hours before the guests arrival to facilitate check-in or other last-minute needs.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Any cancellation by the guest (for any reason) must be made in writing (this may include fax or email). The effective date of cancellation is the date we receive written notice. If cancellation is made 4 weeks or more before Check-in, all your payments will be returned. If the cancellation is made less than 4 weeks before your Check-in or if the the booking is canceled due to your non-payment, your deposit will be forfeited. Damage security deposits are fully refundable in case of cancellation. We will endeavor to obtain a replacement customer for the dates canceled by you. If a replacement is obtained, we will refund all payments made by the guest, less any difference between the price paid by the guest and the price paid by the replacement customer.
