Villa Felipa

This designer villa is private and located high on a hill just on the west of San Jose The house has a panoramic view over the sea and the Conillera islands. At night, it is a true pleasure to watch the colorful sunsets. The beaches of Cala Vadella and Cala Tarida with its famous Cotton Beach Club are nearby. Ibiza town is within 18 minutes.

The style is light and modern, yet the house is very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with all contemporary appliances and conveniences. The living room is bright and colorful.

There are 4 bedrooms which are all air-conditioned. The master bedroom is very spacious and covers the complete first floor, the views are amazing. The bedroom has a double bed (180×210), TV, walk-in closet, en-suite bathroom and there is a study. There are 2 more bedrooms in the main house, both with ensuite bathroom. They are located on the ground floor, one has a double bed (180×210) the other one has 2 single beds (90×210). On a lower level, there is one extra, huge en-suite bedroom, which has a separate entrance. This room is not connected to the main house. The room has its own kitchenette.

Outside, the very large pool (5×15) is located near the beautiful terrace. Besides four sunbeds there are 3 dining areas (1 with gas bbq), which are all covered to relax in the shadow.

The plot is enclosed by an electric gate giving extra privacy and security. There is a very sophisticated alarm and camera system.
Some trees under the pool have been cut, the (sea)view is even better!
